Check-In: Guests are requested to occupy room after proper registration at the front desk. Only those who have registered with proper Photo ID proof are allowed to use the room facilities.

Tariff: Guests must ascertain the tariff/room rate at the time of assigning the room. The room tariff is exclusive of food and beverage or any other services availed by the guest which will be payable as per the consumption, except those which have been provided complimentary or are included in the tariff plan.

Bills: All bills must be settled when presented either only by Cash/Debit/Credit card before departure. Cheques are not acceptable.

Departure: Check out time is 11 A.M. Guest staying beyond check out time without prior permission from the concerned authority shall be charged for the full day succeeding their check out date and time. Extension of stay shall be subject to availability of room(s).

Management shall not be held responsible for theft or misplacement of Cash, jewelry, electronic items or any valuables left in the room. Guests are; specifically; requested to ensure their safety when going out or while going to bed.

Management Rights: The management reserves to itself the absolute right of admission to any person in the hotel premises and to request any guest to vacate his/her room at any moment without any prior notice and without assigning any reason whatsoever and the guest shall be bound to vacate when requested to do so. In default, management will be entitled to remove the luggage and belongings of the guest from the room occupied by him/her and lock the room.

Damage to Hotel: Guests shall be held responsible for any loss or damage to hotel’s property and/or Personnel caused by themselves or their visitors.

Accidents: Management shall not be held responsible for any accidents, however, caused, whether by us or by electrical gadgets, mechanical appliances etc or by natural causes; including acts of God; resulting in either loss or damage to guests/their visitors and/or their property.

Room Entry Card: Guest room entry Card must be deposited at the reception desk while checking out. Loss or damage to the Card will be charged at Rs. 300 extra.

Liquor Consumption: Liquor Consumption; except valid Permit; is strictly prohibited in the state of Gujarat. Any such activities shall be reported to the authority.

Cooking: Cooking in the room is strictly prohibited except the use of Tea/Coffee machine.

Games etc.: As per the Indian Government rules, playing cards or any other gambling activities in the rooms are strictly prohibited. The use of private music devices or other musical instruments is not recommended.

Tipping: We do not levy any service charge on lodging, food-beverage or any other service provided. We prefer that the Guest, appreciative of service be at liberty to express their satisfaction in the traditional manner.

Relation between Hotel and Visitors: Nothing herein shall constitute or be deemed to constitute any tenancy or sub-tenancy or any right of tenancy or sub-tenancy or any right or interest in the hotel premises or any part, or portion thereof in favor of any guest or resident or visitor and the management shall be deemed to be in full and absolute possession and control of the whole hotel premises.

Hazardous goods: Storing or carrying of Hazardous goods, like raw or exposed Cinema films, gas cylinders, cooking stoves, inflammable fumes, firearms, etc. in the hotel premises by the guest is strictly prohibited.

Government rules and regulations: Guest is expected to observe Government rules and regulations in force from time to time, in respect of registration, alcoholic drinks, firearms, etc.

Amendment of Rules: The management reserves to itself the right to add, to alter and to amend any of the above terms, conditions, and rules as may deem fit to management without any prior intimation.

Management lien to visitors’ luggage and belongings: In case of default in payment of dues by a guest, the management shall have a lien on the luggage and belongings of the guest and to detain the same and to sell or auction such property at any time after the day of departure, without reference to the party and appropriate the net sale proceeds towards amount due by the guest.

Management reserves the right to enter an occupied room in absence of the guest for cleaning, maintenance, repair or any other works as required by the hotel
